Cholmondeley Road between Cotton Arms and Dusty Miller pubs
Reported via desktop in the Carriageway category anonymously at 19:04, Wed 29 December 2021
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later.
Council ref: 3204073.
This area of the carriageway floods on a regular basis, not safely passible for pedestrians due to the depth of the water and no footpath. Currently covering a large area of the highway. There may be a drainage problem if there are grids blocked however I am not sure if there is grid on the section of road and unable to see if there is due to the depth of water.

We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not visit before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property. You can find out the scheduled visit date by visiting our website: https://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/ highways_and_roads/ road-maintenance/ gullies-and-drains.aspx
