Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3179963.

Butley Lanes being used as "Rat Run" to avoid roadworks at Bonis Hall Lane Railway Bridge. Road not suitable for increased traffic and passing. Caused carriageway to crumble at edges. On passing an oncoming vehicle it caused a puncture to Nearside tyre resulting in a new tyre needing to be bought.
