Lamp not working

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3172134.

Its beenn reported for almost a year and now i have fallen over and hurt myself because there is no visibility at all. If after multiple reports and now a sprained ankle...if this is not dealt with immediately, then i will be processing a claim against the council for failing to act on a dangerous situation ie a dangerous pitch black footpath that should be lighted but due to the councils failings has now caused an injury to me. Thank you for your time .
