Wellington Road, Bollington. Westbound carriageway in front of no. 90/92 just west of the bottom of Irwell Rise

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3168659.

Drain on road is blocked. Road constantly floods causing disruption traffic issues and also standing water to be displaced over the front of the houses when cars see the flooded late and pass too quickly. It is dangerous and it possibly looks like the drain has been capped which is, if correct, is madness for its location as it always had to deal with the runoff from Irwell Rise.
