Barlow Road outside Lacey Green School

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3165841.

Excessive leave, drain is flooded , so sloppy in the ice too, children and parents have to cross it to get on the pavement. The large tree on that corner is hanging so low which has obviously shed its leaves, I actually caught my head on the branches this morning.
