This has been reported twice and nothin done Refs 3421063 & 3437317. Water runs across the road on a blind bend. The drains have never been cleared and the source of seepage needs identifying and sorting out. When the water freezes, it is a very real hazard, CE council has been warned and I don’t want my Council Tax used for compensation after accidents when it could have been fixed. Go and look today and you will see the water, please don’t claim again you cannot find it.
