Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3162038.
Every time it rains heavily this flood re-appears. Yesterday when walking I was badly splashed by an ignorant driver of a car, a matter I have reported to the police. I think it is time something is done to alleviate the problem.

We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not visit before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property. You can find out the scheduled visit date by visiting our website: https://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/ highways_and_roads/ road-maintenance/ gullies-and-drains.aspx

We have assessed the issue and added it to our improvement programme for repair over the longer term. This means we are unlikely to do any improvement work here during the current financial year. Our programmes sometimes change if more funding becomes available. You should check our website for any updates.
