Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later.
Council ref: 3155700.
The road keeps flooding and backs up onto our drive. Yesterday after intermitent moderate rain it was onto our drive, obscuring the footpath. I was on the drive and being splashed by passing cars. This is ongoing, I sent a similary email two or three years ago. The drain in the road is not full of debris, it is simply not flowing out into the sewer in any volume. I have kept the drain free from leaves and debis by regularly cleaning of the gutter, this has had no impact on the problem. I look forward to your comments.

We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not visit before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property. You can find out the scheduled visit date by visiting our website: https://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/ highways_and_roads/ road-maintenance/ gullies-and-drains.aspx
