Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3149498.

Up to last year you missed filling this bin. Last year I contacted you and you informed me that this bin was not on your rota and that the error would be corrected. Our community came to use the bin after the weekend's snow only to find it massively depleted. This is a dereliction of duty. If that bin is unusable that corner is a skating rink and my front garden a potential war zone.
