Weathercock lane at the bottom of the tanners cottage drive

I have reported this problem over and over, the water misses the grid, the pipe from the grid goes up bank so it doesn’t drain away , it floods my drive seaping into the footings of my house , now it’s just a sheet of ice an accident waiting to happen , I have puddles all down the side of my house.
