Water cannot drain off road due to edge rise

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3145988.
This flooding can be easily remedied if a spade were used to cut a channel of 3m from the edge of carriageway into the field below rise. A 1hr job at most.

We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not visit before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property.
