Reported via mobile in the Winter Maintenance category anonymously at 09:25, Wed 24 November 2021
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later.
Council ref: 3140725.
There are a pair of trainers hung from the cables at the entrance of jacks car park. They have been there for years. It is suggested it is a sign of drug dealing - I’m not sure if that. However, it is a bad look for our town

The trainers are still on the phone wires. They have been moved closer to the trees, but are still very visible
