There is water running down the road which is freezing. The road is no longer griited and needs repairing. It's 5 years since I first reported this.

Drainage issues can be complex and time consuming-matters and at this stage we are unable to give you any indication on timescale. We will update your enquiry once we have more information. In the meantime, we will keep the area safe through routine inspections.
