Erection of fences on service strip is contrary to section 138 of the Highways Act The storage of bins on the service strip is not only contrary to section 138 of the Highways Act it is unsightly and unneighbourly The overgrowth of shrubs in the fenced off area poses a hazard with respect to visibility on the bend. This problem has persisted for more than 5 years
