The grids where attended to by Willis early in the year after notification via this process of the same thing happening! As you can see from the photos it’s not draining again! It would appear that there is a further issue as the grids are not coping when we have a downpour of rain, last year in January the rain water surrounded my property as there was no where for it to go due to the grid issues can I ask that you please address these issues with the grids as soon as possible so that the flooding does not become a problem to my property over the forthcoming months.

We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not visit before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property. You can find out the scheduled visit date by visiting our website: https://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/ highways_and_roads/ road-maintenance/ gullies-and-drains.aspx
