  • Why has this case been closed? The underpass is even deeper with water than before

    State changed to: Open

  • I was at the A54 today and an elderly lady was trying to cross the road on a mobility scooter, having tried to use the Underpass, but had to run round as there were no signs to say it was flooded, and she had gone all the way down to the water before realising. She was struggling to cross the A54 due to the amount of traffic, this is a serious risk to the population of the town. WAS HAS IT NOT BEEN FIXED

  • Why has this case not been updated, it was over a month ago that it was reported, and Nothing has happened to resolve this, your feedback would be appreciated, or even better you could just fix it
