Reported via desktop in the Footway category anonymously at 16:30, Mon 11 October 2021
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3055836.
This broken man hole has been originally reported a few months ago but it seems nothing has been done to fix the problem. When I last reported the issue my ticket was closed the next day and i was told the issue sits with a utility company and you will contact them. (Ref 3439080) Please can we have an update on this and also can you expedite this repair. If you would like to leave me with the details of the utility company I dont mind doing this myself either.
Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team. We will assess your enquiry within 20 working days.

Responsibility for the issue you have reported sits with a utility company. We have contacted them and asked that they undertake maintenance.
State changed to: not the council's responsibility

Three months you contacted the company and still nothing has been done. Please can you expedite this immediately. The barrier has now disappeared which means there is a gaping hole in the pavement. Very dangerous in the dark...
State changed to: Open

Will there be an update on this from the council?

Do these updates go to the council or will they stagnate?
