Windmill Lane, Kerridge

Reported via mobile in the Winter Maintenance category anonymously at 21:18, Fri 1 October 2021

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3036935.

Windmill Lane has been removed from the winter gritting routes. This is a steep road going down to a hairpin bend where there are numerous parked cars. The road is at 210m altitude and is often icy and/or covered in snow. It is a busy lane used by cars cutting across from the outskirts of Macclesfield to Bollington. To leave a high, busy, steep lane (with a hairpin bend and parked cars) without gritting services is simply irresponsible and will lead to numerous accidents. Please reconsider.
