Pictures provided by neighbour at No 9 Leamington who has independently written to council having advised her insurance company as to potential damage to their property...of water running down steep drive into building.
Seems 2 yrs ago the grids were cleaned perhaps a more specific drain cleaning or unblocking is required.
It took approx 2 days again for the water to drain.
