In the small cul de sac which comes off Rochester Crescent between 109 and 123 Rochester Crescent, at the turn of the road here.

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3033063.

A large bush is growing here, it makes driving from the main part of Rochester Crescent to 115 or 111 Rochester Crescent difficult if another vehicle is coming from the left turn here. I am told this recently happened and a car reversed from the car turning area outside 111 Rochester Crescent whilst another vehicle was driving into 115 Rochester Crescent. Luckily no damage was done but neither driver could see the other vehicle due to the poor visibility because of the shrubbery. The shrubbery also prevents access to the street light should this ever be needed.
