Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3026654.

Gully needs fixing as people getting wet as cars go by this should not happen in 21st century needs look at straight away people getting wet going to hospital doctors and nurses going to work wet because cars are splashing them and getting wet feet because they can not walk around the puddles on path.
