Uneven service cover

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2726995.

Each time a vehicle passes over the service cover, it makes a loud noise which can be heard as far as a couple of hundred metres away in the park. The continued vibration is causing damage to the road surface around the service chamber.
