Carriageway is getting worn away and creating a pot hole

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2682603.
Traffic, especially heavy lorries going away from the town keep leaving the carriageway and cutting across my mother's drive causing a massive pot hole and subsequent damage to the carriageway. The bend is very narrow and to avoid slowing down traffic keeps nipping off the carriageway. This is causing two large potholes and the gradual erosion of the grass bank. This has been going on for months and has steadily got worse with the amount of construction traffic. Its getting difficult for taxi drivers to navigate out of the drive due to the pothole. My recently widowed mother doesn't drive but has almost been hit by cars and lorries coming across the driveway. The photos clearly show the tyre tracks cutting across the drive. I spent an hour watching countless drivers cut across the drive to avoid having to slow down for the corner. I'd like to think that some form of road marking could be introduced to keep traffic on the carriageway, The pothole on the drive will require substantial digging out to rectify it but it abuts the carriageway and this is failing where it meets the drive. The problem is getting progressively worse.
