Tree with many branches breaking off

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2618859.

The tree at the beginning of Bank View constantly has branches breaking of it is so brittle. The branches land on the pathway (could land on someone), also could damage the cars that are parked on the road under the tree
