Manhole cover deteriorated

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2525758.

On the southbound side just south of Hibel Rd/Tesco roundabout there's a manhole cover right on the white lines in the middle of the 2 southbound lanes that has deteriorated and seems to have dropped or created a pothole. Highly likely to lead to vehicle damage when driven over, thankfully I've learned to avoid it.
