Reported time after time culvert and pipework are BLOCKED!!!!

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2491722.

Blocked blocked blocked it has flooded the carriageway back flowed and now flooding our land and property The Poplars, Moss Lane AGAIN!!!!! the major drainage works carried out in May 2020 have been a complete waste of time

Despite sveral reports the culvert and pipework are blocked CEBC Highways have failed to turn up to unblock and now it has caused further damage this is gross negligence
