Despite spending money to upgrade this I warned you putting in a 12 inch pipe and connecting it to a 12 inch pipe is going to cause big problems my concerns were dismissed by the council as vexatious well here I prove you wrong this is gross negligence and proves my claim of failure to maintain correct
