Continuos problem with ditch and gully opposite LH entrance

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2487970.

Typically failure of highways and flood management at CEBC not using its powers under LDA 1991 sec 25 allowing drainage ditches not to be maintained to block up flood cause damage it applaling this has been reported several times to CEBC & Highways

    This is a complete failure of CEBC Highways flood management failure to act on the LDA 1991 and us section 25 and will not write to land owners causes this flooding it is a total failure of flood management
