Hi, the carriageway outside my property was recently resurfaced. Since then the drain on two large metal covers in the road virtually opposite spinners lane make a banging noise every time a car goes over. I had hoped it would settle down but hasn’t. I have mentioned it today as the road is currently shut from this exact point For resurfacing further up and they said needs reporting to highways.
