This is the other end to the culvert in the ditch that CNBC installed with the main culvert in 2003/4 the grid is in the verge between the bungalow and the crest and the culvert which is still blocked is in the ditch directly opposite the the steel gid as in the picture the hole culvert and grid need pumping out.
Point to note you gully cleaners are on moss lane daily for last week sleeping in their cabs opposite moss farm.

You need to clean the whole length of the pipework which runs past The Crest down to the main manhoe mains drain in the council owned land in Thorn Tree Drive it is about 100 metres of pipewor plus the pipework under moss lane

We notice you have cleared the blockage of the ditch side but have not gully cleaned the steel cover on the other end leaving the pipework blocked and the steel grid side as pictured above blocked and full of silt.
All the pipework needs jetting unless it has collapsed and causing blockage as per the other culvert pipework.

Cn you explain if you have done works to this culvert why is the waternot going anywhere down the culvert drainage or pipework instead of the water sitting there simple reason is because all you have done is dig out around the culvert and not cleaned the pipework or the drain oppossite side of the road or its pipework

The has not been fixed at all, i watched this morning you workers opened up the crate lid under the lane but has NOT done anything with the pipework towards man output, the water is still sat there if it was working the water would not sit and would move to the mains system....

Sorry to say but we have placed tracing die into your gully and can tell you with great confidence you have not cleaned it or unblocked it, water will not flow from the ditch through the pipework under moss lane
This gully has not been cleaned or maintained since 2009 and has been blocked for 11 years it is apparent you did not even know this gully existed...

Sadly the gully HAS NOT been unblocked as you keep claiming, tracing die does not lie, if their is no flow of water it is either blocked or collapsed and needs sorting out.
It has not been fixed. It is still blocked
