Missed drops on verge of carriageway 01/10/2020

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2334438.
Sect 58 engineer on 1/10/2020 failed to mark 3 other holes despite all being same depth only 1 was repaired, meaning the drops are causing damage to vehicle tyres, reapir team were asked to put in chippings to others said they would and then did not, gives impression as if CEC Highways are doing bare minimum to satify sect 58 rules

These drops have not been rectified and are a hazard to homeowners your section 58 officer is on video ignoring these faults which he walks over and marks a hole which is not as deep as the others this is in breach of strict sect 58 regulations and is a hazard

Unless you fix these defects we will have to refer this to the local government ombudsman they are sect 58 classed defects which you are ignoring putting in danger the homeowners property i.e. car tyres I have included the homeowner in this chain of emails
