Passing point drop opposite moss side farm development

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2334427.

Your sect 58 engineer walked passed this 4 1/2 inch drop on the 1/10/2020 simply walked passed it did not even look at it this bar far exceeds required immeadiate works and is a hazard to pedestrians question is why did your sect 58 engineer not put this in for repair he has marked for repairs holes only 1 or 2 inches deep but not one 4 inches this has been present for over 12 months

  • No works have been done and the large drop remains a hazard to the public in breach of sect 58 inspection rules

  • This drop off the edge is over 4 inches and was ignored by your sect 58 inspector who stayed on the otherside of the lane and did not even look at it we have it on video
