Willow tree creating hazard to drivers, other road users and pedestrians. Branches reach down to road level, severley obscuring view of cars and pedestrians and physically impacting vehicles.

  • The branches are trimmed back but not enough to resolve the issue for longer term. The overhanging main branch needs to be cut back.
