Carriageway problem

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2275513.

I reported this issue 2 weeks ago. Someone has been out and put a note through my door to say it has been looked at but it’s a highways issue. The note is difficult to read and I don’t know what to do now hence reporting it here
