Gully/Drainage problem

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2270256.

I have included a photo of one of the drains between the fire station and the flooding area in the dip after the bus stop, it is completely blocked which is adding to the problems. Chester road is dangerous in heavy rain.
