Reported in the Carriageway category by Cheshire East Council at 21:40, Wednesday 29 July 2020
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2222742.
A recent repair has been carried out to the carriageway. This should of taken 3 days, the engineers did. It turn up until mid morning of the last day and were ’completed’ by mid afternoon. A thoroughly poor attempt at repairs have been carried out, with no sealant applied around any of the patches and holes in the new tarmac area, along with tyre tracks through them. If you can provide me an email address I will send pictures of the poor workmanship. The whole road at the junction requires re laying not poor attempts at patchwork carried out. Although this is a culdesac it houses a busy nursing home that has daily visits from ambulances and delivery vehicles, these poor repairs will not last longer than 12 months.
I have reported this problem to the customer care team that carried out the works, Rejuvo. I am awaiting their response.
