Road Works problem

Reported via Open311 in the Road Works category by Cheshire East Council at 08:17, Thu 9 July 2020

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2192305.

Signs were put out closing Holmshaw Lane over a month ago, however the roadway surface issue in question is still to be resolved (circa 0.5 mile up the lane). As a result, the council refuse bin lorries are not accessing the lane, and on two occasions have failed to collect the bins. When raising this with the council via the website, it confirms it is because they have a problem accessing the lane due to road closure.

Please can the work be carried out so that families living on the lane can have their rubbish collected and the road made safe again

Many thanks,
