Broken manhole cover

An HGV from the Magpie Lane construction site cracked the manhole cover in early March, exposing BT cabling. The cavity is now open to the elements and is partially filled with rubbish and rubble from the cover; although a road sign has been laid over the top, no remedial action has been pursued.
