Reported via Open311 in the Parking category by Cheshire East Council at 19:45, Tue 16 June 2020
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2159053.
The on-street parking on Malt Kiln Way is becoming unmanageable. Cars are often parked on both sides of the road, making it difficult for residents to navigate their way down the street for fear of clipping another vehicle. It is difficult to see properly around the corner near Pavilion Place, due to vehicles obstructing the view.
The vehicles that are parking in this area are not residents of Malt Kiln Way - they are residents of Bradwall Road who live opposite, and (when open) parents on the school run. The former are more problematic as the vehicles can be parked there all day / night.
We would request that the council considers double yellow lines on both sides of Malt Kiln Way, from the mini roundabout down as far as (and including) the entrance to Pavilion Place.
PLEASE NOTE THE MAP WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SELECT THE LOCATION IN QUESTION
