Hedge/Tree Maintenance problem

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2117127.

Large branch broken from oak tree (probably broken by one of the large trucks reversing into Lostock Hall Road to turn because the driver had ignored road closed signs!). The branch is still attached to the tree but is resting on the ground and if it were to break loose could impose a significant danger to pedestrians and traffic.
