Flooding problem

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2099937.

For most of the winter 2019/20 this junction has had water encroaching across the highway which is likely to be linked to a blocked gully in this location. The water at times has completely cover the highway and during freezing conditions has been impassible
