Gully/Drainage problem

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2066949.

No call back required. Reported by Mr Payne from UU who will pass the ref. no. to the resident affected. They had attended but the issue they say is with our drainage. The caller reports that there is a blocked gully at this location. Water is flowing down the road but there are also additional concerns about water coming off a farmer's field at a higher level. Please can we attend and evaluate? Can something be done to alleviate the current situation? Thanks RB.
