Previously reported to Cheshire and no action taken several months later. The first time was long before Xmas when an elderly man had to get out of a car into the water to get to his house. Repeated flooding due to non-maintenance of grids, gulleys & road surfaces. Walking children to school risks being soaked by large waves thrown up by cars. The same applies to a grid in Bida Lane 100yds away-completely full and thus floods very easily. This would not happen if Cheshire had a clear, frequent programme for grid and gulley emptying together with maintaining road surfaces. A slab of road surface from around the traffic light sensor wire lies in pieces nearby.
