CW2 8QU outside number 1 and immediately across the road

Reported by Michael Bell at 10:14, Mon 27 September 2021

Tree surgeon, Robb Hassall, has attended for a second time at my request to advise on further falling branches and intrusion of branches on to my property. He reports that two large Ash trees are diseased with 'Ash Die-Back' and require attention. There are also two trees on the opposite verge which he has identified as in a dying state. Debris from the Ash trees is falling regularly on to the verge and the pavement. Photo attached shows debris, some of which I have had to cut up before moving. These trees require immediate attention before some one is injured by falling debris or property is damaged. The tree surgeon and I must put you on notice that you have been notified of this problem and that the Council could be responsible for any damage or injury resulting from these trees in their current, dangerous condition. My previous contact with you, reference 3437179, has yet to be responded to by yourselves. Thank you
